Returns:
Customers can request a return within 7-8 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Customers must provide unboxing video/photos as proof.

Refunds:
After the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–8 business days.Products must be unused and in their original condition. Returns due to customer preference or misuse may not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
