Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 business days of order confirmation (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excluded). Orders placed for personalized products may require additional processing time, as mentioned during checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timelines
Domestic (within India): Estimated delivery within 7–8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
- International orders: Currently, we do not ship internationally.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to weather, courier delays, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link/AWB number will be shared with you via email/WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment directly with the courier partner.
Undelivered / Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Shipments
If a shipment is undelivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the parcel, and it is returned to us, the customer will bear the re-shipping cost for a second delivery attempt.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with photos/details on WhatsApp: +91 9654223668, so we can assist you promptly.
Personalized Products
Personalized products cannot be dispatched via Cash on Delivery (COD) and require prepaid payment only.
